Re: Christmas Is 1 Week Away...Are You Going To Eat On Plan?

Most of you are better and stronger than myself! I've already had a shitty last few days. Definately not like the "old" me, binging for hours on end nibbling at every sweet thing in sight. I have had a treat here and there though and feel gross and bad about it but honestly with everything that will be in front of my face I so dont feel strong enough to resist. I need to try harder.
IF i dont succeed the last couple days I will be back on that band wagon 100% Dec 26th. Argghh im so mad at myself.

      Kristen,
You can do this, just make sure to have legal snacks nearby! Get some pepperoni, cheese, celery, cauliflower ect... Cut it up place it in baggies, and have it handy, don't let your self get to hungry.

I will stay on plan. I flew thru Thanksgiveing with no trouble, and we are having tenderloin roast with mashed cauliflower, and squash with tossed salad for Christmas eve dinner, and ham for Christmas day. I made 6 dozen Christmas cookies, and did not even tast my fingers

Re: Christmas Is 1 Week Away...Are You Going To Eat On Plan?

Since I am cooking - people are going to have to deal with what I make - HAHAHAHAHAHA

I'm making 2 dinners - Xmas Eve & Xmas Day....

Both days I am making a turkey - which I can eat.
Xmas Eve - I'm making ham, a broccoli casserole (from Linda's Site), french onion soup and a few other things which are no where close to being legal. My SIL is making pies and I am making a legal cheesecake.

Xmas Day - starting off with a spinach/sausage quiche for breakfast (making ahead freezing and then heating up that morning)
Spaghetti w/meatballs (homemade sauce & meatballs)
        Turkey
        Salad
        & Garlic Bread

So I think I'll be set - just don't see a reason not to eat legal when honestly I think some of the LEGAL food tastes better than the stuff that is so loaded with *rap!
