Good evening everyone.
Time to start a new thread for a brand new week. I know I neglected to do this last week, but that was due to the circumstances which I stated in the previous thread. It's very hard, and I mean, extremly hard to get away from carbs once you start giving in to them again. I don't want to see how much I have gained from my 2 weeks of eating junk food and carbs. No way in **** will I get on the scale until next week. I think I will wait til Wednesday and do it with you guys then, just to check to see where I am at in this game.
I do admit that I have screwed up and I figured out why. I get lazy when I have worked so hard on something and then, I eventually just give up on it, thinking it won't hurt me. But from what I have experienced, I can most certainly tell that I have hurt my body from eating all that sugar and carbs. They aren't good for me, they are the enemy and I have to defeat them every single day. I know I may sound hypocritical when I say the next part, but...
Guys, if you feel like you are going to give up, just come on here and someone will snap you out of it. I should have done that when I fell into that temptation, but I didn't. I was too much of a coward to face the disappointment from others. Don't be a coward, be strong and come on here and admit to it. In the end, it will be well worth it because you will be back on track losing weight. I hope that makes any sense.
Well, we got one more week til its the 1st of the year. I'm going to start going to the gym. I might head on over there tomorrow and walk on the treadmill or something like that. I think I should join a mile challange and do so many miles in a month...I'll figure out what I am capable of doing with all the time that I do have. Of course, most of the time needs to be dedicated to studying for my National Registry. Meep. I am so nervous about it.
I think I can do about 2 miles of walking about every other day, so 30 miles of walking for the month of January sounds fine to me.
And I'll go back to doing those crunches, but using the machine at the gym to do it, and see how hard it really is. I'll let you guys know tomorrow. =)
And 10 wallups a day, as well, and I think that will be it.
What about you guys?

My main problem is exercise.. been so lazy there. I even pledged 80 miles biking for the month of December, which I know is nothing.. I used to do almost twice as much in a single week...
