I'm having trouble making salad greens and other vegetables be the majority of the carbs I eat per day since we can only have 3 cups total (I'm still in Induction). Has anyone else had this problem or do you just eat less of other carbs so that you don't even meet the 20?

But I always get darker green salads as they are better and hold much more for you.
