I don't know about manboobs, but the last time I lost weight I went down 4 bra sizes. It is fat so you just need to burn off the excess. Hopefully you will have some guys come in and help here.

I have been wanting to ask the same question ..
I suffer from the same problem. Actually it has gotten worse when I lost weight. Before it was "hidden" within the rest of the body fat, now with my belly fat may be down to 25% of what it used to be, it is really noticable.

From my experience I can say that mine are 100% gone. One can imagine the severity of them being 280 lbs when I started and by the time I hit 200 they were gone. Thankfully they were one of the first things that went as they were always more embarassing than the bilious stomach hanging below them.
I won't have any updated before/after pics until my mother returns my digital camera
so I can't really help with that part of your request, but I can give my firm assurances that come the grand denouement of weight loss the man boobs will disappear.

It depends on if your man boobs are fat or a hormonal thing, some guys do have breast tissue as a woman would and no matter what weight they were, they would be there.
Did you have them when you were slim? if not then chances are they'll go as you lose weight.

I lost my manboobs when i went down from 240 to 200. No pics unfortunately. You can understand that back then, I was too embarrased to take my shirt off in public.
Also, decline / incline / normal bench presses also helped.Robbie T., 240/180/160. 41yr Male, Height 5'9"
