Hi Guys!!
I am at 145.4 right now- up about 8lbs from last summer
I am back at it and am working out like a madwoman!
I still don't know what my goal weight will be- I'll let you know when I get there....

I am down over 50 pounds since May. I went back on Induction last Saturday, and renewed my commitment to this way of eating and living for a lifetime.

I received 3 of them. I was a little suspicious of them! Anyway, I'm fine. I don't really consider it a diet as much as a way of life. It was slow going for the last 6 months, but hopefully now I'll do better. I'm definitely smaller.

Who is Tom anyway? I don't like the idea of spam mail being sent out.

Isn't Tom the guy that is to blame for so many women retaining water? I know that I've heard his name mentioned here on ADBB a few times! LOL

That's the EVIL tom, Don. The good guy Tom is the wonderful man who started this board. I got 2 emails--it's nice to know we're cared for!

I got it too - actually I got three of them! I have been posting almost every day in my journal, so I didn't know where else he wanted me to post?? I wrote him back by hitting reply - hope that was an ok thing to do??? Do you really think he is an administrator ?

Don't only think it--I know it. He really is the owner of this Website. He posts once in a while, but not often.

these notices are sent out periodically. i get them for this board and for the sisterboards that tom owns.

nothing to worry about, folks, it's tom's way of contacting each member in the best way he knows how.

if someone didn't get it, it might be because it actually went into your trash file or your provider thought it was spam and blocked it. just a guess there since mine was in the trash file.

Thank you Jimmie48 and LooseShoes and anyone else who straightened us out on who the mystery Tom is. It was nice that he asked (Thanks Tom), but it was a bit confusing. I am glad that everyone cares how we are doing.
