No more heartburn, no more headaches, no more high blood pressure, no more being warned by my doctor that I am on the verge of being a full-blown diabetic, no more swolen feet from just walking around the house, no more having to hide in big baggy shapeless clothes, no more severe acne, no more brittle hair from eating 'low fat', no more feeling bad about myself every time I look in a mirror, no more going hungry to try and lose weight.
More energy, more self-confidence, better sex life, more oppertunity, better clothes.
What's not to love?

O.k. so here it goes:
I don't feel bloated and fart all day anymore
I'm off my rescue inhaler for good
My blood pressure is totally normal, and my glucose and tryglicerides,etc. etc.
I can shop and wear normal size clothes and not be a slave to Lane Bryant
My DH is finally off my back about losing weight and my relationship is wonderful
I feel and look healthy
I'm not the fattest one in the room anymore
I can go on and on, but you get my point.

I like this WOE because i eat tasty food which is filling and i never go hungry! plus i have no bloating and i now have lots of energy. Its also very easy to follow!
