    three days past induction and I haven't lost an ounce... I'm starting 2 get bummed

      Don't worry... it's probably what we call PISS (!) (post induction stall syndrome). Happens a lot. The body halts for a while to take stock and see if you're really serious about losing!

            Wow. A 17 pound loss during Induction. I would be ecstatic. That's almost two of my minigoals. Congrats to you! You must be proud of your success.

              With less than 50 pounds left to lose I would suggest moving to OWL now rather than hanging around on induction much longer.
              Dr Atkins suggested those with high resistance to weightloss would benefit from a longer induction and you are far from that with 17 pounds lost already
