    first 2 weeks done

The last two weeks have gone by quickly. I am down 17lbs and I hope to keep loosing. I had to completely cut out diet sodas because of a reflux problem but atleast I am getting plenty of water. I haven't done exercise yet..other than walking my daughter to the mail box But I am starting today since I am starting to feel a little bit better about myself.

Hope everyone else is doing great! Julie

          Hi Julie,

Never doubt the power of taking a 30 minute walk. Even a little exercise in your house using an exercise video is worth exploring. Try to find an exercise video that is a beginner level. I also think a lot of obese people could benefit from the new Wii Fit. Don't know if you have that in the states but it's pretty interesting. I don't think that hardcore athletes would benefit but people looking for a low to intermediate level of exercise will definately enjoy the idea of doing an interactive work out.

Hey thanks for replies. It helps. Before christmas I would walk/jog on my treadmill reularly, but I guess when u still eat what every you want you wont loose weight. My energry has been kind of low the last few weeks, but part of that could also be a 14 months who has learned to walk!!! So she keeps me busy all day, but I know its not cardio. Im serious about working out this week

                    Weigh to go
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Hey, I think I will stay on induction for a little while longer. I know I need more veggies and I haven't been good with that, so for now I am just going to work on that!
