    thank you all!

    I have been officially back on induction for 4 days and I felt great again today!

    Sunday I went out and bought the red 2002 edition of DANDR. I had a white edition a few years back but lost it during one of our many moves. I am slowly but surely getting it read.

    I am excited to say that during my carb fest when I was ill I did not gain any weight! I was going to be really aggravated it I had. I did induction for over twenty five days.

      I am glad you are feeling better and able to get back on track
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
