Its been a while, can someone tell me what this is and why its used? Doesnt it have something to do with ridding the system of yeast?

Re: KISS diet?
Yep.
KISS stands for "Keep it simple, sweetie" and it's a candida-cleanse plan, followed to rid yourself of a yeast overgrowth.

Along with the KISS plan, there's the Gold Standard diet, and Atkins has a section in DANDR for his version of a candida-cleanse diet. The Yeast Connection (website and book) also has 4 different candida-cleanse plans listed.START 8/16/06 @ 270+~MG1: 220-12/2/06~MG2: 210-1/07~MG3: 199-3/2/07~MG4: 190-4/27/07~MG5: 180-7/04/07~GOAL: 170

Re: KISS diet?
Take the questionnaire, do the spit test. Oral thrush, external fungal infections, and vaginal yeast infections are also signs of an overgrowth.
I had been stuck for about 7 months at the same weight...thanks to yeast. Hopefully I'm back to a losing trend now!START 8/16/06 @ 270+~MG1: 220-12/2/06~MG2: 210-1/07~MG3: 199-3/2/07~MG4: 190-4/27/07~MG5: 180-7/04/07~GOAL: 170
