      Re: Water Disgusting

Hello mimom I am 5'3 also. I have been fluctuating between 130-150 my whole life. In 2002 I got up to 182 because I was put on deprovera when I was 13, and over a 5 year period I went from 132 to 182. But as soon as I got that big I started atkins and lost 30 lobs in 2 months. So again here I am fluctuating between 130-150. In 2005 I got down to 132 when I got married, and have gone up and down by 10 lbs at holidays I will gain and then lose right after a holiday, it is crazy. Anyways, so here I am again. Just last summer I weighed 143, and then over thanksgiving and christmas gained the weight back. So, it looks like we are close in weight, I know that we can do this. It just needs motivation. And remember to drink that water anyways

          Re: Water Disgusting

I am trying to drink this "bitter" water. After I had my 2nd child (now 5) I was at 198. I lost 81 pounds and over the years have gradually put it back on. My starting weight (this time around) was 157-160. I am on my 3rd week and hoping I can get back down to my lowest weight 117. (well maybe not that thin) I got scary looking. I am trying real hard this time. Well, Keep in touch with me. I think we can help each other out.

It does the same thing to me. I always feel bad after drinking something like that.

That's exactly what I had to do. At times, I felt I would vomit if I had to drink any more water and now I drink between 3 and 4 liters a day.

I do. I like to drink first thing in the morning to get myself hydrated. Most times on nonclass day, I don't go out of my room for a while. I get up and pee and go back to the bed to read or do work on my laptop to start my day because sometimes I wake up before anyone else in the house does. I liked to have at least a half liter or 3/4 of one to drink during this time.
