So i have been really really good but im still stalling :-( kinda bummed about it but im definitely sticking with it ... I have been doing Induction for month now, lost 7 lbs the first week, and iv stayed right at 188 for the past three weeks i have a feeling my body is going to eventually get over this hump and then ill start loosing again...
No matter how my weight fluctuates i always seem to get back to the 180s eventually. i think its my bodys 'set weight' .. i just have to work extra hard to get past this 180 range ... thats why my first goal is 175 ..
