    So i have been really really good but im still stalling :-( kinda bummed about it but im definitely sticking with it ... I have been doing Induction for month now, lost 7 lbs the first week, and iv stayed right at 188 for the past three weeks i have a feeling my body is going to eventually get over this hump and then ill start loosing again...

    No matter how my weight fluctuates i always seem to get back to the 180s eventually. i think its my bodys 'set weight' .. i just have to work extra hard to get past this 180 range ... thats why my first goal is 175 ..

    anyway just checking in .. Happy Low Carbing Everyone!

    Have you been measuring yourself? I know that I lose inches a lot more consistently than I lose pounds! And 7 lbs in one month is still pretty great even if it isn't what you hoped for. You can do this! It sounds like you have a great attitude about this little set back! You'll be out of the 180s in no time at all!

      Can i ask why you are still on induction? Move on up to OWL! Add those veggies! then keep moving up! You need to learn what foods your body can and cant handle and the only way to do that is through OWL. A lot of people even start to lose weight again once they start adding in more foods

        That happened with me with the 200 mark. I stopped weighing for six weeks until I finally got over that hump. It was very frustrating. I hope it breaks for you soon!
