Gaining weight before and during TOM is normal then? I have gained 6 pounds and I am freaking out. I am suppose to have TOM next week.. Will the weight drop back down after TOM is over?
absolutely its normal. Our hormones mess with our body so much. Its very normal for our weight to fluctuate ESPECIALLY during TOM. Best advice - stay off the scale while its going on its only gonna tell you false.

    Post Induction Stalling Syndrome

Its where after the 2 weeks induction you stop losing weight for a little bit. It's a normal thing that does affect most people. After losing so much weight initially your body will pause to adjust to your new way of eating and readjust itself to your new weight. eventually you will start losing again.

Magnesium...magnesium....magnesium. It helps dramatically. I take 1000 mg per day AT LEAST...it helps with bloat and lots of other things......it will make you more regular too...
