  • Sugar Free Gum?

Does anyone find that sugar free gum (trident, extra, etc.) does NOT stall their weight loss?? Has anyone found that it does stall them?

I am addicting to chewing gum... it keeps my mouth busy so I don't eat!

    Thanks,
    Kat

I'm trying to find out the same thing. I know they chew Extra on the Biggest Loser. It is sugar free, but each peice of gum has 1 carb. I have to chew gum, so I understand, trust me.

I've been chewing Spry gum, and I really like it - .76 grams of carbohydrate a piece. You can find it at health food stores, drugstores, or on the Internet (as always, no paid endorsements here!). Since it contains Xylitol, though, please keep it away from your dog!

I allow myself to chew Extra sugarfree gum and haven't had any problems. I don't chew the fruit flavors though, I only chew the Extra Spearmint.
