I finally decided to drag myself to the gym today, and I'm damn proud of myself. I'm sure everybody knows what I'm talking about, its that so called "first day" back to the gym thats the hardest part to conquer. We all have excuses why we stopped working out, mine was having not enough energy to work out because of the induction phase, I'm sure you have yours too.I ran 35 minutes at the treadmill, did my biceps and back today, just light workout since I just started again, I didn't wanna force shock my body on my first day back. BUT I DID IT!!!!
Soooooooo.........What's y'alls excuse?
