  • Work It!!!....OUT

I finally decided to drag myself to the gym today, and I'm damn proud of myself. I'm sure everybody knows what I'm talking about, its that so called "first day" back to the gym thats the hardest part to conquer. We all have excuses why we stopped working out, mine was having not enough energy to work out because of the induction phase, I'm sure you have yours too.

I ran 35 minutes at the treadmill, did my biceps and back today, just light workout since I just started again, I didn't wanna force shock my body on my first day back. BUT I DID IT!!!!

    Soooooooo.........What's y'alls excuse?

Well my excuse is that there aren't any gyms near me that I can afford. haha.
I actually have started walking on the treadmill or outside with the kid if it's nice out. I've joined 2 excercise challenges too and that has really made me workout cause I love a good competition!

Well done Timmeh, I am taking your lead and joining Curves. I found one that has opened up near my work place and I figure I can do at least 3 x 30 minutes. It will be a struggle to afford it though, but I am willing to give it a try.
I am also doing the May abs challenge and I am keeping up with it so far. Not bad for someone who loathes exercise

Glad to hear you are exercising again

To join challenges go to Forums then scroll down to Exercise Challenges, they are all in there. Most are monthly but joining late is usually ok.

*Alexa* is right, there's a whole forum dedicated to challenges. In my siggy are links to the may abs and push up challenge if you want a quick route to those challenges (the links are after the mini goals).
