i just compared the old and the new. there's less fiber, more sodium, less potassium, and less of the majority of the vitamins (about 10% less on average).

Hello Everyone, Maybe I am an exception, but I have been using the shakes and I am still losing. I count the carbs. - fiber and not their 2g - 4g as the shakes and bars say you can count. If it is 17 carbs and 8 fiber I count it as 9 net carbs. However, I eat small portions of food, but lots of variety, and quite often. So far I had lost 32 pounds in less than 3 weeks. I know I will table soon and I am prepared for that. But, with a sweet tooth like mine I think the shakes and bars are the only thing keeping me on track. I have noticed though that my need for sweets is getting less and less. I went from 2-3 shakes a day down to 1 rarely 2 a day. Ok, now for my tweek of the shakes... I add a Tablespoon of heavy cream and a pack of Splenda and mix with 3 ice cubes in my Magic Bullet ( I love that little machine ) and enjoy!

My name is Ana and I feel the same way about the new shakes. I cannot stand them! I've tried all the different flavors and they all taste the same. I called Atkins too and they told me the same thing. I'm now tasting other brands to see if I can find one that tastes like the old Atkins. Have you tasted the poweder atkins shake mix? I'm wondering if that is better or if they changed it too.
