Hi everyone,
At the beginning I was extremly hungry but now for the past two days, im not hungry at all! not one bit, i eat my breakfast as normal but by the time lunch rolls around, i have to force my self to get even a bite down because im not hungry at all. same goes for dinner. What do i do?
Eat to get the amount of calories/ fat in to lose the weight?
or
Eat when hungry?
