    So I have just finished my 2 week induction and I am happy to report I have lost 13 pounds I am so happy right now! I feel great. I just want to thank you all for all your support. I like eating induction food so I think I am going to stay on induction for a few more weeks! Again thank you

    Terrific start! Just don't wait too long to move on. It takes awhile to add foods and find out which ones trigger you. OWL gives you the skills for long term success.

    You've lost almost as much in two weeks as i have in four months! :O

      Great job!! That being said, I agree with China. You must move on to OWL in order to have long term success with this WOE. Don't be afraid of OWL, you will still lose. Good luck to you.
      Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

        wow thats great, ill be happy with half that. I know this is a process and I will stay steady and slow. but it sure helps to hear storys like yours

            Well done!!
            Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
