I've been on Atkins for 3 weeks now and almost toward the end of my third week and my mom bought me some atkins bars so i ate one. then another and like yeah im over my carbs. and i have thesse awful craving for choclate. i dont know what to do. ahh.

if you have any left, pitch them. you have proven to yourself that you can not handle them.
drink some water, walk, go do something, maybe exercises.
as of right now [don't wait till tomorrow], go right back to what you were doing atkins-wise before the bars.
