    Yep, Debie is right, you're allowed one ounce of sour cream "OR" three ounces of heavy cream.
    It's listed in the Special Catagory Foods, (page 129 DANDR),so if they cause you to slow down your weightloss during Induction, you may want to wait untill after Induction is over or use them in moderation.
