Water, water, water... I lost 5lb the first week then the weight loss slowed down and I'd gone up and down for the last month... Until it dawned on me just how important the water is. The last week I've made an effort at drinking enough water (for me it's 4 16oz glasses daily) and I've seen the results. I've been at this for, uh, six weeks now and have lost 16lb - 24 to go...
I could try increasing to 5 glasses but I'm afraid I'd wear out my pants' zippers from using the bathroom so much
