    Just had to say I had a yummy "SANDWICH" I take two thick slices of tomato and put mustard on them guess u could put mayo if thats what u like. Then I put lots of black pepper and a tiny bit of salt on them then take 3 slices of thick cut bacon and put between them Walla u have a bacon and tomato sandwich. I don't feel like I'm missing out when I eat this. For lunch fajitas with sourcream no tortillas of course!!!!!!

    Sounds delicious. And healthy.
    Have you tried to make oopsie rolls (or revolution rolls)? They are great for sandwiches.

        The Lighter Side of Low-Carb: The Sailor Scouts make my Revol-oopsie rolls!

        Oopsie Rolls (Gluten-Free Buns)


        3 large eggs
        pinch of cream of tartar (1/8 tsp)
        3 ounces cream cheese (Do not soften)

        Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

        Separate the eggs and add cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff (if you're using the same mixer, mix the whites first and then the yolk mixture). Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly.

        Bake about 30 minutes (You want them slightly softer, not crumbly). Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, and then remove to a rack and allow them to cool. Store in a loosely open sack and allow to rest on the counter before use (otherwise they might be too moist). Can be frozen.

        Notes: If you are making these to be savory (for burgers) you can add dry mustard and dill or other seasonings to the yolk mixture. If you want a more sweet roll, add a very small amount of stevia natural sweetener to the yolk mixture.


        Makes 6@ about 85 calories a piece, >1 carb per

          How did u know about my ticker? And yes its true I don't know how to put it on here, I don't even know where to paste it!!!!!! Could someone please help?

            To get your ticker to show you need to put either choose the 'bbcode' option or alter the one you have pasted into your signature which is



            by adding the image tags each side of the url so it reads
            [img]your ticker url[/img] (no gaps in the url)

            then it will appear like this

              For my sandwiches, I make a Minute Muffin in a bowl minus the cinnamon and splenda - then I carefully slice in half - tastes just like whole wheat bread.
