I was told from a wise and caring member (ahem, Sherri) that I should walk as often as I can. Well this weekend will by my two week anniversary of walking 6 days per week. I have been doing 2 miles per day. The other day I did it twice and got in 4 miles! My first day it took me almost an hour to do 2 miles and within a few days and even now it takes me about 35 minutes, so I think I gained a good pace.
Anyone know what the recommended amount is per day? I want to make sure I am walking enough.
