          Thanks for the link. I love eggs however I still remain cautious to use every day. I feel a lot better after reading this article. Going to boil 2 right now.

            I eat at least 5 eggs a day. Sometimes more.

              The original study on eggs/cholesterol were done with powdered eggs-thus, oxidized cholesterol. Faulty at best, unless you're in the Services eating powdered rations.





              290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
