      Wow! Thanks for the article. I have been a little bit skittish about my 2-3 eggs a day, but now I can put those worries behind me!

        i cant go on a single day without having my 2 Eggs!! yummm
        would it still be ok to have more than 2 aday though??

          Thanks for the link. I love eggs however I still remain cautious to use every day. I feel a lot better after reading this article. Going to boil 2 right now.

            I eat at least 5 eggs a day. Sometimes more.

              The original study on eggs/cholesterol were done with powdered eggs-thus, oxidized cholesterol. Faulty at best, unless you're in the Services eating powdered rations.
