  • The right way!

I have bee struggling so much lately… So I went to the library and checked out a copy or DANDR ( I loaned my copy out years ago and never saw it again) .. So as im reading Im getting motivated all over again .. but I realized that maybe its not working cause im not following it correctly.. I have gotten so sloppy and forgotten some of the rules..

For example Green beans & parmesan cheese, I eat these all the time… They are NOT on the Acceptable foods list…

So I think im gonna start doing well now that I have taken a refresher course in DANDR ;-)

What edition of DANDR are you reading? I think both green beans (i.e. the ones that are still in pods) and parmesan cheese are allowed.

It's great that you realized where the trouble lies. I wish you all the best! Hey, check out the "read the book" challenge if you haven't already! I'm sure we will all learn quite a bit from this one.

String beans are exactly the same as green beans I assumed parmason cheese was in the catagory of "hard cheeses" Could be wrong though

Yes, parmesan is an 'aged cheese' so is induction-legal!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
