  • Greetings from England

    Hi all

Some of you may have seen me around in the forums at the early part of the year and then again in July. I just wanted to say a big Hi again.....on both occasions I didnt make it past day 4 0r 5, not due to lack of will power or cravings just "having to adjust to teenagers"! and the stresses of having moved too.

So, today(mon) after a week or so of planning(so im not to busy at work), I have started INDUCTION, I started with eggs, half a tomato and 2 rashes of bacon. I have planned to be abit boring by eating alot of fish as it has been on special offer at the supermarket, so Ive been hoarding it in the freezer....does anyone know if there are any limits?

I will start my Lateral thigh trainer workout on Thursday, as I know I will get withdraw headaches and feel drained before then.

Finally.......is there anyone in Gloucestershire? and a big HI to everyonexxx

Can't say I'm in Glouscestershire, but a big HI to you anyway!
Well done you, for getting back on track!
I'd use your appetite as the "limit"... if you eat according to plan, and satisfy your hunger (no more and no less) you'll be fine.

Keep us posted! We're with ya!

        Hi Teresa,

Not in Gloucestershire but not too far away Welcome back.

There aren't any limits on fish per se, but beware getting bored - it might lead you to quit. If it's in the freezer I imagine it'll last a while so you can mix it up.

All the best and let us know how the restart goes!

Hi Teresa from another Brit - in Bournemouth

How is it going for you?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
