I understand. Alcohol is a poison and your body wants to metabolize it before food. I wish I was as lucky as being able to taste & spit. But I am a socialite. The biggest part of my job is to make sure everybody is happy and a lot of the time it requires me to do shots with the patrons and make them feel comfortable since the establishment I work at can get stuffy when the right clientel is present. A lot of Celebrities and wealthy people. Like I said I did this diet before and I drank vodka while I was on the diet and it didn't have much affect on me. So it's something else. Maybe the cheese, Maybe not enough fats. I'm not sure. I have to do process of elimination. Thanks for your wise words...

I know exactly how frustrated you feel i too lost 10lb on induction and then nothing for around 3/4 weeks. I did cut down on the cheese but also really pushed the water lots and lots of it. I finally started moving again and have lost another six pounds to date. I wouldn't give up just yet i have read so many postings about people going through exactly the same. Stick with it you wont lose if you give up. good luck.

Thanks Autumn Dawn. I appreciate that. That's my favorite name in the world by the way. "Dawn" I cut the cheese, I eat more fat now. When I make my steaks I throw butter all over it. Or when I make eggs, I use butter. Before I would use Pam. Now I am trying to get all the fat that I can in.
