If I'm on extended induction will I mess myself up if I eat 1/2 medium apple everyother day? it's 9 grams of carbs with 1 gram fiber. I eat it with a peice of cheese. On the days I eat the half apple I limit my salad veggies to one cup spinach with 1 tbs blue cheese. the only other carbs I get are incidenal from the eggs or the chicken/pork/beef. I have no sugar cravings whatsoever. I'm still having trouble eating more than 1000-1100 calories per day. I try to make myself eat more but end up feeling sick. I have taken a break from intensely working out because although I technically haven't lost much in the way of puonds in the past month, I've dropped pants sizes. It does feel good to go from a size 22 to a size 18 pants.
I have 20 more pounds to go till I meet my halfway goal of 50 pounds and switch to owl levels for the remaining (hopefully) 50 pounds. I'm still working out but just not as intensely...
