so i haven't been losing that much weight. I only lost one pound this week. I was wondering if some of you would share with me what kind of things stall weight loss, especially ones that i wouldn't think did. (like diet cokes)

Umm... hard to help you like this. There are many things that can stall... cheese, coffee, onion, sugars hidden in processed meat, Atkins bars/shakes, etc.
