    From size 18 to size 14 in less than 4 months!

    Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a long time and just wanted to share my good news: when I started Atkins on 7/24/08, I was bursting out of a size 18/20! When I went shopping with my daughter last week, I tried on jeans at Macy's and am now a size 14!

    I've been sticking to the plan, have conquered my sugar and carbs addiction, and am doing a lot of walking. I know I've lost a lot of weight, but I'm not weighing myself. I get too obsessed with the numbers on the scale. I have a long ways to go, but people are noticing and telling me how "skinny" I look!

    My goal is to wear a size 8/10...continuing on Atkins, I'm sure I can do it!

    My favorite saying: "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels."

          Congratulations Laurie! I can't wait to fit into a size 14 and not be limited to shop at Lane Bryant. Keep up the awesome work!

                                                      Congratulations on the weight loss. I too, am very obsessed with the numbers on the scale. I weigh myself twice a day!!! Nuts, right?? I can't wait until I can say that I can get into a size 14 jeans. I am in an 18 too. Good luck to you and reaching your goal.
