Congrats! Proof right there it works! I just restarted back... sad but true! It is stories such as yours, that really inspire everyone to stay on the WOE because it works, because we feel better and because it is healthier!

Thanks so much, everyone, for all the words of encouragement! And here's even more good news...today, just out of curiousity, I went to Ross and tried on size 12 jeans(6 pairs, all different brands), and was able to squeeze into them, button them, and actually sit down in them!!!
I've come a long ways, but there's still a long ways to go. I'll try to get one of my kids to take a picture of me this weekend, and post it.
If I can do this, you all can, too! It really works! Adkins, and a LOT of walking. An hour a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Stomach crunches and stretches, too.
