Ok, so I'm on my third week of induction and I haven't lost any weight since my first week. I started at 158 and now my scale is going back and forth between 149-153...I know it's water weight but I need to drop this weight. I drink so much water I go the bathroom every 20 minutes and I cut out the splenda products.
I started exercising again yesterday, but I need help with this food...
First off let me tell you what I don't like and am allergic to:
Shellfish ( Shrimp, Lobster, Crab, etc.) I'm allergic!!
I don't like any fish except Tuna ocassionally
I don't eat most pork products except bacon and pepperoni ( which are both processed meats )
I have atkins bars and shakes but stopped eating/drinking them sunday to see if this week it would make a difference.
I'm not that big of an egg eater and I wake up at 4:30am to go to work so I don't have time to cook them. If I do eat them I like them over easy or scrambled without milk.
I DO Like:
Turkey
Chicken...Only Boneless Breasts, unless it's grilled, then I can eat it, but I don't have a grill, only a foreman and it does'nt taste the same
I love Steak
I love cheese ( But again, I stopped eating it this week to see if it helps)
and I pretty much like all veggies
I stopped drinking diet soda...but I get bored of water so quickly and after a few glasses it starts to make my stomach hurt.
If ANYONE can give me any meal plan that fits this, you would be a lifesaver!!! I'm really struggling to want to stay on this diet...I'm not seeing any real progress and it's depressing me even more than when I started. I just don't know what to eat and that's putting so much stress on me, that and I don't have that much money to be spending on food with a million other bills to be paid...aka student loans
