Any good ideas to get my appetite back. Just the normal stuff eggs, meat, salad just doesnt seem to cut it. I can eat a few bite and then I am done. I know I need more calories than I am getting. I have had to force what little I can for 3 days now. I am starting a new running program and cannot get enough energy this way. Any ideas would be helpful. Easy stuff please I hate to cook.
