I feel like I eat the same thing most of the time for breakfast ~ 2 eggs cooked in butter topped with 1 oz of Sharp Cheddar or Swiss. Sometimes I'll add mushrooms, other times I'll add red and green peppers. More often than not I'll have 3 links of sausage or 3 strips of bacon with the eggs.
I'm looking for new ideas (and I'm sure others are, too) so I'm wondering what do YOU typically have for breakfast?

i think there is some kind of low carb yogurt that you may be able to use as well......faze or something?
