I'm curious to find out the following from a bunch of people...
1) How many daily calories do you have on average?
2) How many net carbs do you have on average daily? (Include your ratio if you have it)
3) What level of Atkins are you on?
4) Do you exercise? If so, how often?
5) What's your average loss (either weekly or monthly)?
Here are my answers:
1) How many daily calories do you have on average? 1798
2) How many net carbs do you have on average daily? (Include your ratio if you have it) About 30 net carbs (Fat 68/Carbs 8/Protein 24)
3) What level of Atkins are you on? OWL - rung 3 (as of yesterday)
4) Do you exercise? If so, how often? Yes, at least 5-6 days per week. Anywhere from 55 minutes to 90 minutes.
5) What's your average loss (either weekly or monthly)? Well...mine is 3.6 pounds per week over the last five weeks since my restart, BUT I haven't lost ANYTHING in the last WEEK!!!!! FitDay shows my daily calorie deficit to be about 900 calories. (That's really the impetus for this thread.)
