Exercise is important for overall heart health etc... but body transformation is around 90% diet. I know a lot of emphasis is put on exercise but the main thing is the diet, and you can handle that part with an injury.

now im thinking about going on to owl im on day 16 of induction i am waiting on my copy of 2002 atkins to arrive it should be here on the 4th of feb i will read up and then decide to go on to owl or not
