Not cheating with the carb part but with the excerising part.I've been on adkins since 8-08 and had lost 45lbs up to Dec. when I stalled out. Exercise up to this time had been nonexistent-Zero. Started 1-01-09 with 30min (15min treadmill and 15min bike) HOLY COW 12lbs down in 2wks. I am now a firm beliver in exercise + diet = success.
