  • First Daily Walk Today

    Today was cold, and I did not want to get out and walk. But I am determined to do this program right, so I bundled up, got out, and just did it.

    I walked 1.2 miles at an average speed of 2.4 mph (according to my gps).

    I felt GREAT! So alive!

    Now when my muscles realize what I did to them, I imagine they will get tight and sore, so the walks will be a little slower for a few days.

    But I am so glad I broke the inertia barrier and got started!

      Awesome. I started using the Walk Away the Pounds Exercise tapes at home and loved them

        LiaHello, I am an autism advocate. I urge you to take care of your immune system as vaccines have heavy metals that will damage your brain and nervous system. GREEN OUR VACCINES... take the toxins out of the vaccines. 1 in 150 children are diagnosed with autism and the numbers are increasing.
