  • Starting tomorrow

    Hi guys, well tomorrow is the day ive been and done all my shopping tonight, got lots of meat and some other bits that i read about on here, still a bit unsure about all the things ive got to stay away from, can i ask a simple but probably silly question? ive got my decaf coffee but do i stay away from (milk)

    Yes, no milk, BUT you can use heavy or whipping cream. If you don't want it so thick you can dilute it with some water. Milk is full of lactose which is a sugar, but when the cream separates it loses most of the lactose.
    Really tastes good also

          You said you bought mostly meat, hopefully you drained the produce isle too. Veggies are a key part to making it work. This forum makes this diet a lot easier! Welcome and good luck!

              Yup got all my veggies too, ive had so far for my breakfast i had 2 scrambled eggs with a bit of sour cream, it was lovely, for my lunch i had salmon on a bed of romaine lettuce sliced cucumber and a blob of sour cream, it was so nice and filling. not sure what im going to have for tea yet.
