  • Use fitday!!!

I kept reading how great FitDay is from a lot of people on this site so I finally signed up for an account this morning. WOW. I didn't realize what a big percent of my calorie intake was fat and how (suprisingly) little protein factored in. I was wondering why I was barely losing anything after 9 days of induction I'm guessing that's why.

More veggies and PROTEIN for me! Thanks, everyone!

I *still* don't understand why people always forget about dailyplate.com. It's prettier than Fitday!!

What percentages are you getting? We aim for 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs on induction, then gradually add carbs and reduce fat while keeping protein at 30% throughout our Atkins journey.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
