  • Subtracting fiber?

    I just started using Fitday.
    My question is about total carbs.
    Do I subtract my fiber at the bottom of the page from carbs?
    I hope so, or I'm going over 20 a little!

    Yup you subtract them. So you're doing 17.1 (Did you add anything to your scrambled eggs. 3 eggs should not have that many carbs. Fitday sometimes assumes that you add milk or cream and add it in automatically. When I use fitday I just will add raw eggs and whatever fattener I use to scramble it in.

      I am still getting used to it I guess, no I wasn't adding milk or cream & one of those eggs was from the oopsie rolls.
      Next time I'll do the raw eggs like you do.
