I have been reading into this for a couple of days trying to establish at what point your body begins to convert protein to glucose. Is there a max amount of protein that they body can store? Is there a limit to how much protein you can absorb in one sitting?
I eat just a little less than double my recommended daily intake and I am wondering if this could hinder me. So far I have not experienced a stall from this but I would like to be more informed about the process.
I understand the implications of too much protein having a strain on the liver and so I ensure I drink alot of water to flush the excess.
If anybody knows more about this process, I would be interested to learn.
