I use this recipe for Revol rolls, and just love it. Its not as sturdy as the flax muffins are, but the flavor is awesome.
Cleo has made everything from waffles, to garlic bread, to pizza with these things and I have tried them all.

        Keriann!!

I wanted to tell you I tried this yesterday! Wow! It was awesome to have a burger that wasn't cut up into a dozen bite size pieces!! I think this thing has more fiber than any of the sugar free powdered fiber I was using. Forget the powder. This rocks! Been to the potty several times and it's nice to know I'm not full of it anymore!!

I think I'll make 2 servings from this recipe though. It is a lot of fiber! It'll be great with bacon and eggs in the morning. Variety...ah, I love it.

Ohh, thanks for the recipe. I have just made one and am going to have it with 2 sausages and fried onions. I am looking forward to it and the fibre will do me good!!

Re: I've had enough! I HAD to have a bun with my burger!!!

I had been missing bread for this past week and I am not a huge fan of the Oopsie rolls. Today I was short of time and didn't feel like throwing together a salad. I popped one of these in with a bit less flaxseed and a sprinkle of dried onion for flavor and had a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. I cannot believe how quick and easy and good this was. I will save for a treat (I don't want to re-develop my taste for bread) bit this is a keeper for me! Yahoo! So glad I found this thread!

So are there no carbs in baking powder?

Okay what about people who are so low budget they don't have a microwave!? Is this recipe tweakable?
