I happy to report that with everyone's support I lost 15 pounds wedding dress fits a bit better but have alot of work to do before the day of the wedding
Now the question is should I continue in induction or move on to next step ? Not sure what to do I would hate to gain back what I lost I've been doing fine with induction although I do have some cravings for bread or cereal
I also need to start working out
although I have lost inches things are looking flabby need to firm up some especially my belly ughh Any body has any workout tips its hard by the time I get home after work I am so tired
