I've been doing Atkins since January 7 but I've hit a roadblock and I'm very concerned. About a week ago I started feeling like my blood sugar was low. I was actually out somewhere when I started shaking all over and had to sit down. The girl with me gave me some apple juice and that seemed to solve the problem. Since then I've continued to have low blood sugar and have been living on apple juice. I just switched to orange juice because I heard it's better for low blood sugar. I made an appointment with my doctor to see what's going on. Anyway I'm concerned about diabetes, hypoglycemia and perhaps it's because I was doing Atkins taht this started. Has anybody had this happen to them before? If I can't do Atkins I don't know how I'm going to get the weight off. Help!
