OK I have been on induction since 9th Feb and decided to extend it another couple of weeks to get the eating 100% right before I attempt OWL.
Last night we went out and although my dinner choice was a resounding success (steak and salad, no dressing), I caved and had a bit of chocolate birthday cake. No excuses I just did it.
Now my question, if I mess up at one meal and go straight back to plan at the next and be good - how long until ketosis will kick in again?
