i m back this time with more enthusiasm and will like to 100% dedicate myself to this diet...
i've been constantly on and off low-carbing and this time i m very very determined to get back on track and start losing my excessive weight.
i've been struggling to lose these last few kilogrammes for the past few years...
hopefully i'll go all the way this time..
tomorrow will be march 2009 already
exactly one year since i've first discovered atkins...
since discovering this diet..my lifestyle has changed..
i became more healthy and understand more about food and nutrition...
i'll be having my prom night somewhere middle of this year...i really really wana get into shape by then...
i hope i can do it!!!
i need all of ur support and help her...
i'll start atkins on 1st march which is tomorrow...until i reached my goal weight...I WILL NOT CHEAT!!!
i'll try to post up my daily meal intake if i have the time...
if i do go wrong anywhere please do not hesitate to correct my eating habits and advice me alright?
    thanks a lot
WELL..lastly...to all atkineers...ALL THE BEST AND GOOD LUCK in doin this diet and HAPPY LOW CARBING!!!

There is a thread in the 14 day induction forum called something like 'weight per cup of vegetables' which one of our members (Soliwit) compiled and posted for our use. I find it very useful.

Do you have the vegetable cauliflower in Maylasia? If you do, it substitutes very well for rice. I use it in place of rice in chicken curry, and even non-low carbers don't notice. I make lots of Asian recipes. You even can have coconut milk on rung three.

Fish sauce, chili paste, red and green curry paste are all induction legal--just read the ingredients, but the real stuff made in Asia is usually sugar free.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
